Winter Programme
The Hibiscus Coast Cricket Club Winter Programme is back for another year and is just what you need to get you through the off-season!
Our own international pro cricketer Ramesh Lakmal will be running the sessions.
Starting on Friday May 9th, the 7 week programme will cover:
- batting,
- bowling and fielding,
- match scenarios,
- fitness,
- strength and condition,
- and power hitting.
All while making new friends, bonding more with your mates and having loads of fun.

Sessions will be held at Massey University nets and are limited to 6 players, 10 players for U20.
Session times as follows:

Please ensure you arrive early so you are ready to start at the times shown above.
** Ages taken as at 1 April 2025 so if you are 11 on 1 April 2025 you are in U12
Coach Ramesh has made a name for himself all around Auckland as a top-level premier cricket player, scoring over 4000 runs at an average of 53, taking more than 140 wickets, as well as running popular youth coaching programs at schools and clubs for the past 5 years.
So if you want to be part of the next generation of Kiwis smashing sixes at the IPL or making NZ proud at the ICC World Cup, this 8 week intensive program, will set you off in the right direction.
