Superstar Games

Our Friday night Superstar Games are designed for girls and boys, in school years 3 and 4, that have learnt skills but are not yet old enough to play hardball cricket.  This season we are also opening it up to those in school years 5 and 6 who would prefer to play softball cricket.
Kids will be put into teams of 8 and will play together each week.  They will play scored games against other teams. Create your own team or we will place you in one.

  • 90 minutes of fun
  • For school years 3 to 6
  • Played scored games each week (bowl 2 overs and bat in pairs for 4 overs)
  • All kids get their own playing shirts
  • All equipment supplied, parents join in the fun
  • It's safe - we use plastic bats and a rubber ball
  • Friday night
  • Time: 5pm
  • Where: Victor Eaves Park, Orewa

Note: Teams need to appoint a single person who will contact the club if they are short a player.
If a team has 7 players simply play with 7 children, the child who scores the lowest amount of runs bats again.  If the other team has an extra player then teams may loan a player to the other team.
